Person of Interest: The Complete First Season (DVD)

This show has everything a drama needs . . . Suspense. Intrigue. good cop/bad cop. This show was a sleeper that soon picked up a following. One of the few shows that opened a season with the star rushing to surgery, because of the cliff hanger, instead of other shows where the season premier barely even mentions the season ending.

Watching a new series on TV is always a dubious venture, however, Person Of Interest delivers in solid gold. The story line is intriguing, the dialog is compelling, and the acting is casually superb. I give both seasons a standing ovation with two (2) thumbs up.

Hooray! I just received the POI widescreen dvd set yesterday. It arrived in only four days, Site-to-Store. Much faster than quoted. This set contains 6 discs, a four page fold out listing of episode numbers and titles. The extras: Extended, unaired episode , extended (unaired) episode with producers commentary, a short gag reel and Living in an age of surveillance, which I haven't viewed yet. Includes subtitles in five languages and English for the Hearing Impaired.

When I originally bought the Person of Interest box set I paid about $30.00 and it was worth every penny. Since then I have re-watched this series more than any other and I plan to keep on doing so. For my fellow tv watchers who like a good action drama this is the show to watch, please do not miss watching this show, this is what tv was made for; excellent drama. Four of the best actors on tv are starring in PoI Michael Emerson of "Lost", Jim Caviezel of "The Passion of the CHRIST", Taraji P. Henson of "Think Like a Man" and Kevin Chapman. I can't wait for season 2 to be released so I can buy that and watch it whenever I want to. So since Person of Interest season 1 is on sale for $14.96 please do buy a copy you would't be disappointed! Who knows I might buy an extra copy for insurance in case of disk scratch.

I think that "Person of Interest: The Complete First Season" is one of the greatest new series of all-time and it quickly became one of my favorite new series of all-time. I've been a fan of this entire series and I really enjoyed all of the action, mystery, suspense and drama that has kept "Person of Interest" very entertaining and enjoyable. I also think that this series has a great and amazing cast, plots and storylines as well.
