Persona 3 Reload Collector’s Edition, PlayStation 4

I'd love to give a good review because I love the game with all my heart, but my PRE-ORDER was cancelled literally three hours before release date rolled around because it was "out of stock". Allegedly it's due to a manufacturer's problem, but that doesn't really do anything to get the game edition that I pre-ordered the morning that pre-orders opened into my hands. I knew it would sell out quickly, hence the pre-order. Nothing was offered to help fix it. Literally, nothing, not some discount for a replacement, not a gift card to put towards a replacement, nothing. I work in manufacturing, and from my estimation they knew they wouldn't be able to fulfill this order a month ago. Your manufacturer doesn't tell you that they can't send enough the day before you need it. I can't get it at all now, because this needed to be pre-ordered everywhere, and the only ones available are here, on this site, for $269 instead of the $168 that they wanted during pre-orders. Awful service, terrible experience, customer service couldn't do a thing.

Like many others said. Pre-ordered this back in September and wasn't told until release day it had been oversold and canceled. I also still haven't gotten a refund yet for the canceled order! So still fully charged for a game that isn't coming. The cancelation said to allow us to 10 business days it's been a Month and when i try to put in there is an issue bc it's canceled and listed in history as 0 it just says there's no problem to resolve. So out a game I was looking forward to months in advance and only told release day but still out 170$ this is horrible

I'm unfortunately also someone who pre-ordered in September and then got their order cancelled the day before release. What's the point of preorder - especially five months ahead of time - if it won't be honored? And Walmart itself just told me to refresh and hope it restocks. Never preordering from here again.

I pre-ordered this back in September 2023, only to get my order cancelled THE DAY THIS GAME IS BEING RELEASED! Unbelievable! This seller sucks, and Walmart sucks for allowing garbage 3rd party sellers on their website.
