it produces the perfect amount of ice to get me through the day. small enough to be left out on the counter and i can easily turn it off when im not using it. it's very easy to drain and clean.

I love how fast and easy it was to make crunchy ice cubes, similar to restaurant style. In 20 minutes I had a big bucket of small, soft chew ice cubes. I like you pour the water on the same tray to minimize spills. Also would make it better if it kept ice colder inside machine for longer for more convenient to grab.

Very Nice ice maker, it makes the pellet ice and makes a bin full in about 15 minutes. Very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely the best personal ice maker on the market today. The workmanship of the product is excellent and by far the best I have seen or used. It is so well made that it could pass as being made by a craftsman, by hand. The ease of making the ice cubes are also excellent. Easy to drain, easy to fill with water and always perfect uniformity of the ice, each and every time. An all around excellent product.

This product is so versatile and useful. Makes the most amazing ice cubes and they are so soft and pretty! Also keeps them chill and ready to use at any moment. Large size as well, can easily be used to entertain a party or large group. Works fast and efficiently l. Definetely recommend

This machine produces small, soft restaurant-style ice nuggets. Great for drinks or even eating straight. The only part we didn't care for was having the water reservoir under the ice basket.

I love how FAST this ice machine made ice. It was honestly just a few minutes, which is super impressive! It would be excellent for parties. I will say though, that the ice had a very strong taste of plastic. I was also expecting the ice to be more like Sonic ice, those "crispy" cylinders. This machine makes much harder (i.e. not crispy) rectangles.

I really thought that I would like this icemaker more than I do. Ice does not stay cold in it for very long. It's loud when it's making me ice and it's really heavy to move around. All in all, it's great if you only want ice, that's gonna last about 30 minutes before it begins melting and you're willing to give up quite a bit of counter-space for the maker itself.

I like the size and shape of the ice. Melts very quickly even inside the machine. The machine gets so dirty inside. The cleaning function doesn't clean the areas that get dirty. We used bottled and regular filtered water and after just a day or two a film would form. Trying to clean it out all the way is hard I tried different things to scrub it finally got fed up with it and threw it away. I had another ice maker that I paid way less for and cleaning it was not hard like this. It didn't seem like it was ever clean.

the water gets a smell and turns black if not used right away. even used bottled water. would not buy this
