Ergonomic issues. Reach is not effective
The off-on switch is not working very well. It needs to be returned. I am so disappointed !
no power it sucked I would never recommend buying it again
not very powerful at all was not impressed
This thing broke after 5minths for no apparent reason. I used occasionally the I try to use months later and it runs in with no vibration. One before I had was command I had for a 10yrs that's broke due to wiring wearing out from being bent but this had no wear and just didn't work. The vibration wasn't as strong as old one to go so deep but it worked somewhat. Really mad it didn't last a year for no apparent reason!

doesn't have nearly the power as advertised probably one of not the weakest doesn't get deep tissue and he would think being since it's got such a large handle you don't even need one half of the handle that it has very interesting very false advertised
