VERY DISAPPOINTED
I would have really liked to have given this item more stars. But sadly we only received empty gift box and packaging The Personalized name plate necklace was missing. Our gift to my daughter for her 16th birthday that we've been waiting over 1 month for. I can't believe that people can be so horrible. Someone along the way from the manufacturer to Fedex delivery stole this personalized necklace. Although Walmart has issued a full refund, We much rather the actual item.

Horrible don't waste money on this it said it would last a year atleast or 6 months being gold and it came some spots silver i dnt even have it for a month barely wear it never got it wet and is turning silver
