I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the metal (weighty, not thin tin), color (glossy polish) and engraving (correct and nice font). Decently quick shipping and came in a nice, small black velvet jewelry bag inside of a sturdy cardboard envelope. There were other reviews, unsatisfied with the chain, it is just a simple bead that you can buy at a hardware store, but just like the chains dog tags are frequently hung on, but most importantly, it is clearly shown in the advertising picture, so it is as expected. I very much recommend this and will purchase again if the information engraved on it needs to change.

the color is great. the information is nicely engraved. it will be good to have incase I have an emergency or something medical. I will wear it daily.

Seller didn't receive any information from Walmart so I received a blank necklace. I sent message and received newly engraved necklace before I even sent blank one back!

Worth every penny
The dog tag is perfectly engraved and durable. The only thing I would change is the chain. Clasps come undone easily and the chain was too short to slip over my head. I swapped the matching chain out for the longer, continuous link chain from my prior medicalert necklace. I am happy with this product.

SCAM!
absolutely disgusted. This arrived with incorrect information. only my delivery address on it. I contacted the seller. A person answered like I was calling a private individual. They asked me to text all my information. Incorrect and correct. I did so. I received a text that it would ship on the following day. That was 2 weeks ago. My texts and voicemails go unanswered.
