I purchased Pest Offense 2 weeks ago due to I usually get the big black and small brown ants in my home this time of year. I liked all the reviews I've seen on this product and I have to agree 100% that this is the best bug repellent I've ever had. So far I haven't seen one ant or even a spider in my home....thank goodness!! I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get rid of them pesky bugs.

I purchased my 1st 2 last year this time 2012. I live in a one bed room apartment in Baltimore MD, But I'm in NC with my 89 year old mother about 3 weeks out of the month. Each time I returned home there were mice turds on my kitchen counter. I tried the sonic repellent that looks like a speaker, and the mouse was on the counter laughing at me. I installed the Pest Offense, 1 on each end of my apartment, and I haven't seen any mice turds since.

The literature provided by the manufacturer said that I could expect to see noticeable results in 2-3 weeks -- I saw results almost immediately. As the literature said I saw an increase in insect activity in the first hour or two as they began to move away from the device. At the end of the first day I saw an end to the activity completely, in fact the day after installing the repellent a mosquito flew past me as I opened the door and suddenly reversed direction and flew back out. My problems were mainly, bees, flies, mosquitos and ants and since plugging the unit in I have seen none, that is three days bug free which is something I have never experienced in the 26 years in this home except for in the winter. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who has a problem with insect pests. I have never had much of a rodent problem but the squirrels that used to run across my roof all day no longer do so.

I have lived in the country for 19 yrs. I have used similar units in the past and never had a rodent problem until May of 2015. A few were trapped. Then exactly a year later 6 trapped. I am deathly afraid of these creatures. So I couldn't have this going on any longer. Thought maybe the old units had lost there pow. Or maybe with our neighbors tearing down their barn last year they came our way. Who knows? So bought these 3 weeks ago and haven't seen any signs. So Very Happy !

Sounded like the rodent home team was in a full-court press up in my attic. After I plugged in the Electronic Pest repeller they went one and done! It seems like the occasional new rat wanders into my attic but quickly learns it is not welcome. I live in a small frame house with electrical wiring in the attic that drops down to all the outlets so I'm covered from top to bottom. Works for me!

I purchased two of these (one for each level of my home) because my home has an exposed basement and the garage is in the basement. I was having an issue with crickets coming into my house through the garage door every morning when I opened it. Since I started using these devices, I have only seen one cricket instead of the four or so I used to see every day. No more bug spray---I have a small dog, and I don't like having the can of spray anywhere in the house. I noticed a decline in the cricket activity after less than 24 hours of use, instead of the two or three weeks mentioned in the instructions.

I've had three of these over the last 30 years living in FL (aka bug capital USA) and they works famously. Only reason I had three is because I moved and forgot to pack them! Do not confuse this with the "ultrasonic" units like Bell Howell makes. These use the house wiring to drive 'em nuts and I have never had an issue with any electronics being affected. Plus it makes a great nightlight if you put it in a hallway, etc. Might not want in bedroom if light bothers you (like me).

bought three of these. took about a month for them to work. i was skeptical about these working but they did. we live in the country. the only place we have mice now is in the garage. got this fourth one for the garage. was cheaper than buying direct from the company.

We first purchased two of this product and about one month of use, one of the unit stopped working. We took it back to Walmart and without any hassle we were refunded. When we returned home, we ordered another one of this unit. So far the unit works good and does what it supposed to do, because we have started seeing dead inscets and also no mice.
