Poor quality, rarely available
I stopped buying this at least one year ago. - it's rarely in stock. I usually had to make a separate trip to a pet store. - quality is poor. It used to consist of large soft shavings. Then it changed to tiny hard chunks and sawdust that hurt my guinea pig's feet. I check again whenever I'm in Walmart, and the situation has not changed. Now I just order from petsmart.
