Though expensive at $173.00 after taxes it is a Lifesaver for puppies during both the first few weeks if the mother is not producing enough milk as well as transitioning during the puppies weaning. I also will mix a batch a freeze as the mother enjoys them as they help cool her down. Puppies thrive , perfect weight gain and no issues in digestion.
I purchased this item to continue the feeding that the breeder used to avoid stomach problems. This works for recently weaned puppies.
Indispensible for ehrlping puppis.
Used it for my 70g baby opossum. It's the best thing for them if you don't have access to opossum formula.
Very expensive, but worth it to raise healthy, smart puppies who have no mom. Especially good because it's meant for newborns who have at least gotten a little of mom's colostrum. I'd hate to have to buy more at this price...but, if I need to, I certainly will.
Very good supplement to help momma out with feeding the growing puppies. The puppies love it, gobbles it down. Best to mix with warm water for it to dissolve. I put it in small glass jar, add milk supplement and warm water, then shake it up. I do it this way to make mure there are no clumps. I wish they carried this at the store instead of having to wait for shipment.
Walmart is the best. My puppies like the milk replacer it's expensive when you're feeding 4 puppies but it's good. I think I'm just gonna go to Whole Foods and get some goat milk, unless Walmart has it of course . 😀
My first time mother had 12 puppies and eleven of them were boys. Most were above average weight. Even with Fenugrek supplementation , goats milk and Calcium she was tetering on eclampsia and was having difficulty keeping up her milk production. I started supplementing half of them at least for the morning and bedtime feeding otherwise she would have to nurse all day. Puppies are strong and thriving . Vet was impressed with their development and weight gain. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a very large size. Large breed puppies can drink 4-5 oz a feeding.
I'm a loyal customer with Walmart. After I fined out that Amazon sell this item In 10 $ cheaper, I feel that Walmart that I trust The prices, charge me 10 $ more , I was so upset Whit the order and I want to return everything That not fair for me as a loyal customer . Please send me 10 $ refund ,to fix my issue And lower the price immediately. Thanks Eyal
If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not purchase from this supplier. I love the product but the seller has bad batches. When you pop open a can and it smells like stale cardboard do NOT feed to your pups, immediately return the item, it will wreak havoc on your pups digestive system. At first feeding my pups started pooping white and trying to throw it up. Again if it smells wrong take it back!
