Walmart sent a notice that the collar was shipped, which was confusing, because our dog's name and our %23 had to be engraved on the plate first before it could be sent, but Pet Alert sent a separate message asking what I wanted on the plate. So it was sent later than what Walmart said. Other than that, the collar is perfect and works well. The price was unbeatable.

unfortunately i did not pay attention so i ordered the wrong size. i cannot use it but my fault and it is already engraved. Soooo be careful about that. But, it was good quality and we lived the engraving!!

I like these collars. Dogs can't slip out of them and they lock so they aren't loosing them. they make it easy for training dogs on a leash with choking them and they are washable.

collar fits perfectly and the fact with ID is very helpful. Sometimes dogs don`t like all those dingles hanging down and making noises. That is why i like the engraving for the ID.
