Wrong Color with no follow up
The product itself still nice however, the reason for such a low score is because I was sent a different color than what I initially purchase. The seller did contact me to let me know. They didn't have the color. Give me an option either to cancel my order or choose another color. That is not good Business.

I received a backpack for a cat and the zipper is not working. I tried getting a refund from the actual seller. I didn't get any response.
