I got this to have some fun with my dogs. The mechanism inside the ball does two functions. It will rotate to roll the ball and it with rotate in different directions to make the ball jump around (more like a strong vibration that cause the ball to move around). After a while if no movement the ball goes into sleep mode and all it takes is movement to get it going again. it also coms with a small remote which you can use to active the ball to roll or jump. The ball material is good for different types of chewers and so far has stood up to both my small and large dog. My small dog loves the ball and will play with it for a long period of time chasing it around. My large dog just holds onto until it jumps them drops it and grabs it again. If you want to keep your dogs active and yourself entertained then this is a good product for you.

My German Shepherd(who is ball obsessed) loved this. You could literally see him thinking through why this ball kept moving. Great size for him too.

Motor sucks but its one durable ball, my pup can't even put teeth marks in it.

Very nicely made made and works as it should. My dog was afraid of it at first and then just walked away. Your dog might like it though.

it's a ball. Although it has mechanical parts to allow it to shake, bounce, and roll. It is still a ball in the end, which is a good thing. The mechanical side may not be that interesting to your dog. My dogs kept barking at it whenever it rolls, bounced, or wiggled, on its on. It took them a while to even want to touch it. It can almost become a chore which defeats its purpose of self-managing to keep your dog busy. The charger situation needs work. It will get stuck into the ball and if you pull to hard you will unseat the device inside that makes it roll, bounce, etc. Then it will be a nightmare trying to get it back on the track. The remote again is extra work. It should be a set and go, keep your dog busy toy. It doesn't hold charge I would say for more than 20min. My dogs preferred it the most when it did nothing but be a ball.

This ball is not what the description says. You have to keep hitting the button for it to move and it doesn't move that fast if it moves at all. Waste of money!!

Item will not work. I charged it fully. It will not turn on, move, buzz, or anything. Light is red while charging, turns blue, try to play with dog and it does nothing. The light on the remote lights up like its sending signal, it doesn't work. I would return it but my hubby was all gung ho about tearing up boxes for the trash while it was charging, and tore this box up too. Like seriously? At least make sure it works first.

My Golden had it in pieces in 15?minutes. 🐾
