Got this for my new maltease puppy, and it is great. I do put extra padding in there for comfort. I put a baby blanket in there ,and his toys. He seems to like it.

wrong size but good product.
great product but received a huge one and my dog needs small. A hassle to return.

Couldn't be more unhappy, No answers
It's useless I asked a question but no answer. We have a crate with no designated zippered entrance . The two expandable sides are the only entrance. If we unzip the other sides the metal frame collapses. I also emailed PetLife, NO response!!!!! I sent pictures asking where the entrance is. Guess they cant find it!!! No refund cause it's over 30 days! Stuck with disappointment that can't be used. Won't buy from Hayneedle for anything.
