I have two cats and this is the second one of these I have bought they both work perfectly

I love the literbox. I would neverown a regular one ever again I like it because you don't have to worry about scooping it it scoops it up on its own and.bags it. It keeps the lid closed to the pale and it keeps any smell down and it's just wonderful gives me one less thing to worry about. I love it!

this is exaxtly whay i been looking for! i spent tons of money on cat litter boxes, but this one works perfect.

I marked this as avg since they resolved my issue. I purchased this product in April. It stop working in June. The rake bent and the plastic gear broke. Until the gear broke it worked great. Easy to clean and the cats (2) loved it. I contacted the company directly and they sent me a new system. This has a metal gear. So far so good. I haven't had it long so I'll update if we have any more issues.

If the litter level is uneven, it causes the system to malfunction which means the clumps are not scooped into the collection area. This means it smells! So disappointed with this item. Read reviews before making such a purchase.

It won't scoop unless there is VERY little litter in it, and most of thr time, even when it does scoop, it doesn't pick up the kitty's messes

Had so many problems setting up, would not ever buy again, or advise anyone to buy this product. Watched 3 videos, one explained about white latch to place above rake, and the book for set-up never mentioned the need

I have 3 cats. Bought this in February. I bought one of these and a littermaid, just in case. The receptacle is convenient and easy to trash. The mechanical wheel responsible for cleaning broke and I haven't even had the product for 3 months... I would never recommend this to anyone.

the machine is very sensitive and has a hard time with multiple cats using it
