this is a perfect little backpack for my little chi/ yorkie/shitzu well made

It is super high quality it is a little small for fat cats but if you can fit them in there it will hold them my cat is 22 pounds and it didn't break under his weight

Our fur baby loves this and she will be traveling soon.

This pet backpack arrived quickly and works great - it's lightweight, comfortable, easy for kids and adults to wear. Our indoor kitten was much happier in this than in a hard-sided carrier and now gets daily walks around the yard by the kids. He sat down in it right away. For a larger/adult size pet go for the larger size, but this worked great for a small pet.

I thought this was fantastic. It's like a back pack that I would have worn at school/college. Except for the mesh lining all over. It's pretty light weight, no assembly required and is easy to wear. My only problem (not a complaint) is that my dog didn't fit in it. She is 8.5 lbs. and couldn't lie down comfortably or even turn around. It has two side mesh pockets and comes with a collapsible water/food bowl. I would definitely recommend this for a smaller animal.

I bought this for my relocation to Alaska. It was perfect except for trying to put it underneath. The seat on the airplane was a little challenging but other than that, I recommend it. It’s perfect for hiking.

It depends, dogs yes, cats no. my cat got scared of the tiny space available and refused to get in. not enough opening on the backpack, to let's say, open two sides and make it less scary. the tinniest of dogs would fit, but rather tall space, so they have to fit up and only have one escape. not ideal..

Used only once and my cat was more comfortable than in a roomy hard sided plastic carrier. Construction is sturdy. Bottom is level and reinforced contrary to previous reviews I've read.
