I just received this item so I can't talk about long-term use. It was a good price and so far it is exactly as stated in the description. My cat Isaac let me put him in the backpack just fine and made no fuss. So far so good with my purchase.
Arrived quick! It's well made and seems to be just what we need to get a pup home!
The best pet carrier ever. My vet even likes it and I get compliments from people on it for some reason. It easily fits my 8lb and 10 lb cats with plenty of room to move their necks when they see something interesting. They don't get agitated when going in. Zippers are super secure as well.
This backpack is AWESOME!!! Finally a backpack I can put my 12 pound dachshund in that doesn't collapse when I put him in it!!!

the only problem is im 6 feet tall 240 %23 not made for a man of my size.buy i think it a great product.
It's a nice animal backpack. I've only used it twice but both of my kittens were happy with it. I bought 2 of them just different styles. There's enough room for a small dog or medium size cat. Lot's of pockets.
