I have been using the Firmx eye gel for some time. It does take some practice to get the technique correct. Try starting with a very small amount. I use my index finger and tap it under my eye while pressing gently. Most of the time I don't get any whitish residue. If I do, I take a small amount of moisturizer and rub it into my finger then tap on the area. The other tip is to shake the tube before using and tap the bottom on the counter before dispensing. I have terrible bags and have tried many products over the years. This is the only product that has worked for me. Also the amount you get is much greater than other products I have tried. This was the first time I use the peeling gel. I found it to work very well on my dry face. I would highly recommend both of these products.

works well I would buy it again doesn't take much the eye cream works with just a tiny bit. well worth the money.

This is a great product. It definitely works, but it can cause the dryness of the skin. Sometimes causes your makeup to cake-up.

I ordered the wrong kit. Wanted the firmx facial firming formula not the gel. Though the gel exfoliates my facial nicely and leaves it feeling smooth it really wasn't what I wanted. My mistake. The Firmx eye firming didn't work as well as the ads.

it does tighten up the bags but it leaves a white redue under your eyes and as soon as u put make up on the bags come right back. im not happy with this product.
