It Works!
The first time I tried it I was not impressed. However, I did try it again. I found out that you must play with the amount you apply to get it right for you. The directions say to use a wet finger or Qtip to wipe off the residue. When I do that the tightness goes away and the eye bags are back. It does work however.

The only complaint that I have is it drys up white and if you put on face moisturizer it won't hold.

Not for me, but my friend likes it.
It didn't create the miracle I was told to expect. Also, I got an itchy rash. I've given it away to the friend who told me about this product. Oh, well…..

this product leaves a white residue

This version is nothing like the original version. The original was a white cream that moisturized and tightened your skin. The next one is kind of clear and it dries very dry and feels like it dries your skin out. I don't like it at all.
