Did not get what I ordered.
Did not receive the product I ordered. What I did receive I could have gotten for much less elsewhere. I have bought the product that I received and was not satisfied with it so I was hoping to get what I had previously used. False advertising. Picture and name the product you are selling correctly.

Not the same as the travel size
I bought this because I had previously used the travel size one and loved it. But they must have changed their formula and description of the product and didn't update the one they are selling from the old look and description to the new one. I emailed them letting them know it was not the same consistency and the description on the bottle was different. They assured me that it is the same product and they will be updating the description. I told them I would not have ordered it if I would have known it was not the same exact cream they were advertising in the picture. Not happy To me it is a lot of money for a product that I wouldn't have ordered. So I'm stuck with a expensive cream doesn't work as good as the original.

Would not buy here again.
Color was lighter than the one I got from Sephora. The texture was off and the product becomes flaky when it dries. It definitely seems like its either expired or cut with another product.

Rancid smell, old product
Product smells rancid. I have love used PTR products. The box was mangled (but that didn't set off alarms necessarily) however, upon opening jar, the odor was way off %26 product super thick. This had to be extremely old.

You sent me the wrong product, I ordered the potent-c bright %26 plumb you sent me some other potent-c product.
