Perfect for my dog. She is a mini poodle; little over 8%23. The cable is definitely strong enough as she will probably put on another 2%23. The clasp on both ends are sturdy and secure. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. And, would recommend to family/friends.

Good length for the location we picked. This is the second one we've had, first one lasted about a year, and i decided to replace it with the same kind. You have to inspect the plastic covering from time to time for wear. Very satisfied.

It is stranded cable and covered by a clear good quality plastic coating with solid loops at the ends, just as described, and works perfectly to keep my small dog in the yard.

It's a great product. It's not too heavy for my smaller dog to drag around. It reflects light so that you can see that there is an animal outside if you pull in the driveway. It lasts for about six months after being left outside the whole entire time. When it becomes brittle causing the coating to break and the wire inside starts to rust— it's time to get a new one. There's one for every dog that we have: a large, very muscular dog, a medium to small dog and a tiny dog.

The clasp sticks, is hard to work. The plastic over the wire length is breaking and its not ling before its useless.

Extremely thin, terribly thin won't last long
