I love everything about this product. It serves the purpose I needed it for, plus more. It's nice to the eyes, easy to assemble and is just perfect in every way. I would suggest anyone with special needs pets or senior pets to invest in one of these. We love it! And so does my fur baby. It's roomy, so he doesn't feel caged up. It's easy to transport to go to the park or family.

This is an awesome playpen for my little Yorkie, he is going to love it!🥰 I put his bed, his food and water bowl and his new tee tee pad along with his toys, there is so much room in it (medium) l can crawl in there too🥰 It was so easy to put up, you just slide the rods in and that's it wammm bammm and it's up and ready! I just love it!!!🤗

First time using it today.. It was perfect for my 4 month old kitten, until I left her in it on the balcony so I could vacuum my bedroom. I turned around to look at her in the playpen , but she is out of it and frantically racing around the balcony and trying to get into the house through the closed sliding door screen! She had pushed right through the netting where it is zippered on top! It could have been a catastrophe!

This is supposed to be a basic pop up dog pen and when I got it. It had no parts that came with it other then the bag it came in so when I opened it it's supposed to stand up on its own and it literally doesn't at all. I had to take some string and tie it to the pen and then tie it to a hook to my ceiling. The product is would be ok but I had to do the most in order to use it really I want to send it back and get my money back so I can order one that works how it's supposed to

Awful. Small kittens easily destroyed safety mechanisms within a few hours. I have dealt with daily escapes and unsafe quality. Duct tape repairs don't even stick to low quality material. Highly disappointed.
