When I would like a steak but don’t want to go to a steakhouse, this works just fine. Nicely trimmed with no membrane remaining so every bit is edible. I grill mine over a charcoal fire and will usually do an extra one so I can make fajitas the next day or so. Makes a delicious meal!

I made steak and cheese with this, and it was the most tender juicy steak I’ve had in a very long time. I took it out of the freezer and left it in the fridge 4 days before cooking it, and it was still fresh and delicious! Not once did I have to tug and struggle to bite through it.

these sre perfect for one person!!! it makes two meals for me and they ate very tender!!!? i salt and pepper both sides let get to room temp place in 400 degree on rack for 20 min. then remove and sear on both sides in oil olive at severe high heat and serve!!!

These are good cuts of filet. The taste is dependent on proper seasoning and cooking!! I season and leave in refrigerator overnight. I let come to room temp and quickly sear each side and finish in the oven for 5-6 min. Consistency is juicy and tender with the right cooking method.

Best filet mignon steak you can get and it cooks up anyway that I cook it even if it's barbecue air fryer or pan frying it the best is actually barbecue but air frying is so simple and you can't even tell that it was air fried. It taste like a barbecue steak and it's always awesome.

great, tender filet. wish is wasn't so pricey. I slice it into strips and divide it for 2-4 meals each pack, depending how they are packaged. its worth it to have a high quality tender filet once in a great while. I'd give it 5 stars, but it is just too expensive 😫

OK, first off I’ve ordered these steaks and I did not get a filet mignon . I think it’s important to question any meat where you do not see the butcher preparing or cure the meat. It’s all behind closed doors. Again, this is questionable. I gave a fairly positive review, but my sentiments are declining rapidly about whether I will order any more meat. I’ve experienced less than quality cut steak at premium prices.

I buy this item every week , at least 2 packs , when i order it is supposed to be 2 filets i have gotten home 3 times and it has been pieces of steak in each pack I have a young kid and and its hard to get back out once i get home with my order on fri afternoon. the steaks are really the only thing that could improve i buy 2 packs bc i need 4 steaks so it make it hard when i get home with 2 packs and have small pieces

The last two times I have gotten these delivered there have been 4 or 5 tiny filet medallions and not tender and are not as good as the 2 whole ones pictured that I have bought several times that were delicious. It’s like they are selling what’s left after cutting the entire tenderloin. One piece was even grey. .

Do not order these “Petite” filets and do not accept them as a substitute. These are often random pieces the butchers are cutting off their tenderloin and then charge more per pound for poor quality meat. SHAME on you Walmart. I got mine refunded because I buy a lot of groceries, but this is not the way to treat your customers. Anyone who is willing to pay for high dollar meat you should not be sending POOR quality substitutes
