It works great. It was relatively easy to program too. the only thing I didn't particularly care for is the bowl holder isn't attached to the unit. that's just too many pieces to try to wrangle if you have to move it. But as a basic unit, I think it's one of the best.

This works great solve the problem of the cat crying for food. She doesn't cry at all anymore. She knows it's coming.

Works perfect I only fill it up once every week and half (1 cat). My fav feature is how you can set certain portions at certain times helps a lot with keeping up with her weight. Great product!

Works great! Our cat hears the activated motor to dispense the food and it runs to the dish before the food can fill the dish. We got this for when we are out of town for a few days but we use it all the time now because it's convenient!

Only 2 reasons why I took away a star. The recording playback is barely audible (which isn't a big deal for me) and portion disbursements are not always consistent. The clock does have to be readjusted every couple of weeks as it goes off by about 2 minutes in that amount of time. Other than that, I love this product. It holds a good amount of cat food and I've had it a few weeks now and have not had to refill it yet. My cat took to it right away and goes running as soon as the first kibble hits the bowl. The product is easy to assemble and has clear instructions for programming. I started with 4 feedings a day at 3 portions for each feeding. I just reduced each feeding to 2 portions and changing it was super easy. I have surgery coming up and this is perfect for my baby and I know he will be fed while I recover. Absolutely recommend.

Food tank hard to get apart. easy to program. Food won't come out one programmed.

Don't waste your money on this. Instructions aren't clear at all and it's impossible to get the bowl out of the product since it doesn't come apart. I don't know how the bowl even got put in there. Hopefully I can return this and get my money back. No batteries come with this. Since I can't figure out how to get the dish out I guess it doesn't matter anyway. Was hoping to use this for my cat when I'm on vacation, but oh well. Don't know if it actually would have worked or not.
