Petmate Indigo All-Weather Portable Large Plastic Outdoor Igloo Dog House, 43.75"L For Dogs 50 to 90 lb, Taupe & Black

Caught this item on sale which makes the purchase all the sweeter. Our dog is 45 pounds and tall ( long legs). We were concerned about the door height on the up to 55 pound size. Our dog goes in and out the door with no issues and can fully stand up inside. This dog house looks smal, but is very roomy inside.

Have tried a few different dog houses and while they were good these are over all the best and worth the higher price... very durable, extended entryway is great for creating a more secure space inside to protect against the elements, and the lip on the entryway helps to keep straw inside the dog house in winter instead of it spilling out

I needed the dog house so I did excepted it. I cleaned it up and was able to force bottom latches to close. Decription stated size was for a dog up 175lbs. I doubt that; I bought house for a 5 month GSD that is 55lbs and is except to be at least 100lbs. My dog likes it, and has a lot of room for now. The dog house is constructed nicely and a lot better design than a traditional style dog houses.

Dog house arrived intact. I separated the two pieces to make it easier to carry into the house (it's heavy and there's nothing to hold on to when it's assembled due to everything being rounded). And it's a good thing I did, because exposing the inside of the top revealed there were no holes drilled where the roof vent is. The dark vent piece was in place on top, but the roof under it was solid. No holes under the vent piece. I had to drill several holes to make the vent functional. It was a bit of a pain, due to the curved shape of the roof around it making it a bit difficult to position the drill. But I got it done and the vent works now. So three stars for that. Also, my dog is an English shepherd, 40 lbs, not a big dog. At first I was going to order the medium house, but I decided I wanted to make sure she had plenty of room inside so I ordered the large. I'm glad I did. These things aren't quite as big as they appear in the description. I recommend getting a size bigger than you think you will need for your dog. From reading other reviews, it appears a lot of other people have found this out the hard way. Other than that, the two pieces fit together well and it's very sturdy.

The black one-piece flooring has four black square attachment points. They stick up and fit into the corresponding square opening in the igloo itself. They line up just fine, but three of the four square openings are solid plastic. The plastic is thin and I think I can cut them out and use the house. I just wish I didn't have to do this.

When product arrived it was broken and will not seal. I specifically purchased from Wal-Mart because it was faster than Amazon and I need the product that day. I ended up canceling two events to stay home with my dogs because I did not have a warm place for them to sleep outside.

I ordered four of these for my pet boarding facility. I received one and the other three I kept waiting and waiting and waiting for an inquiring about and they never came. Finally, I was refunded for one, but there were still two more that I need received nor did I receive a refund on. Needless to say I'm not thrilled. The product itself was fine, but I want my refund on the two that I still haven't received.

The doghouse arrived damaged-crushed on top-as if someone dropped it. Sending it back through Fedex was simple; however after 30 days Walmart had still NOT REFUNDED me for the 242.35! I called customer service over 7 times only to be told again and again that I would have to wait another 5/7 days with NO explanation as to why. I finally filed a complaint with PayPal and they were able to resolve. I did a lot of business with Walmart.com, but I will take my business else where. They offered me a $15 gift card for my inconveniences only to find out!that I needed to spend $25 to use it 🙄. Walmart REALLY values their customers 🧐🤨😡

I have yet to receive the product, it was not shipped on time so currently I am still waiting for it to arrive so I can't honestly talk about its quality until I have it in my possession. Was hoping to have it prior to the huge snow storms we have coming so I could put it to use in housing some feral animals and help them survive the elements :(

The dog house was delivered wrapped in plastic when I took the plastic off the floor fell out and does not latch the floor and the roof do not match. I would not recommend buying one of these.
