It's perfect for outside, everything is stainless steel, including all the hardware, they only send masonry fasteners, so if you're going into a wood wall you'll need a few lags
This set is very well built. I actually bought a cheaper one from a diffetent online retailer and ended return that one. You definitely get what you paid for, especially this is for supporting a high value item. It is worth the investment

I one first so I could test it out. Its very simple to install, aluminum and sturdy. After initial test I did purchase two more for other units.
