Cat Approved!
We chose this one because it looked so much nicer and cleaner than the carpet ones. This was super easy to assemble and looks great in our home as we'd hoped. IMO, it's more modern than the typical carpet cat trees. Plenty of room on the top level for my big cat to lounge and sleep. The side perch is big enough to sit on. Very happy with this purchase!

Happy Cat makes for a Happy Life
This will be one of your best purchases for your cat! I have purchased many condos and this one has been the favorite by far. It is beautiful and comfortable, and easy to put together. You will not regret it!
