Doesn't work like it is suppose to anymore!
My daughter loved this and was entertained by it/others like it a lot longer than other toys, so rating is higher for the idea of the toys. However, she used them one time (with supervision),when she was done I dried them off and put them away. The next time she we went to use them, this one wasn't flapping the tale when submerged in water like its suppose to. The toy even comes with a weight to help it stay under water but i had to take it off because it wont work under water anymore. Only works out of the water or if the tale isnt fully under. p.s. i bought this for my daughter for Christmas in store and it WAS NOT 59.99!!!! i paid only like 5.99... i hope this is a typo because that is outrageous for a maybe 3inch toy if that!!!!
