PetSafe Cat and Dog Water Fountain Replacement Pump

We bought this to replace the 5 year old pump we had. While it is very similar, there are few changes that were made to improve the pump. This includes a silicone “bumper” in the cord which protects the cord from wear at a pressure point.

This fountain style water system is a blessing. My cats always have fresh clear water (unless they start playing in it!) and the system is easy to clean.

Item was what I was looking for. Packaged well and shipped quickly.

The pump was the newer version and the fountain I have is the older one, but one call to customer service and they sent me the conversion kit with all the parts to convert my old fountain over to the new design and the new pump worked great. They did not charge me for the conversion kit either. So, excellent equipment and excellent customer service

I made this purchase just to have a extra on hand. My original one is still functioning.

Bought this to replace a pump in my drinkwell 360 that was having a hard time starting up. Now my fountain is like new again. Works very nicely.

The motor I received was not like the one advertised. It had no white stopper. I had to use a old stopper (totally different and separate from the cord) from a previous motor. Very disappointed that they didn't send me the newest model with the attached stopper. Didn't return the motor because I really needed it.

My Drinkwell 360 arrived Feb 19. Now this morning I discovered my cats who are barely a year old, chewed through the pump cord. I'd think the cord would be thicker or more protected. Ugh.
