PetSafe Come With Me Kitty Harness and Bungee Leash

My husband and I debated getting another cat as coyotes have become prominent in our city area. Our cats had all been indoor/outdoor, and knew they loved the outdoors. We did finally adopt a rescue cat. After about a month we decided to try this harness/leash. His response, once it was on was to plop down and not move. But when I picked him up and we went outside, eventually he couldn't resist the scents, sights, etc. and began exploring. He loves his backyard. We go out twice a day, about an hour each. I love seeing how intent he becomes, his eyes alert, ears perked up, and nose active, stimulation he doesn't get indoors. I follow him, and have chairs placed for when he sits and observes. As the sun goes down he loves hunting crickets and large roaches, but I kept him from an injured bird and large toad. He even can climb trees, (but only to a certain height). He begins crying when he knows it's time to go out. Thank you for a great product for our Poncho.

I have bought many harnesses over the years and this is the most secure I have ever seen. Coming from someone who back in the early 80's walked my pet rabbit and cats. My 8 mo. Old maine coon was rescued at 4 mo. Old and the first thing I did was leash train him. He loves this harness and knows it means he gets to go outside. We are full time RVers so we move alot and he would get lost if let out. He can run, jump and climb trees with this on. I do however recommend a retractable lead in open safe areas for more freedom. Great product. We have bought 2 one med. One lg. As he is 13lbs now. They are a great company I trained dogs for many years and used their gentle leader head collars on the hard to control dogs.

We went through several harnesses. Some, foolishly, claiming to be "escape proof". A cat will escape. Our Bud is a feral rescue. It took 18 mos of daily work before I could even touch our guy. We camp. Bud camps with us and demands a morning walk. Come With Me Kitty, perfect name BTW, is the only harness that does not restrict head movement. I recommend this harness constantly. While walking, everyone that stops us, gets a tutorial on how to train yourself to walk with a cat. The first words out of my mouth...."order Come With Me Kitty". Thank you huge for this product. It has allowed us to share our love of camping with our best friend.

I have two larger cats and I can NEVER find a harness in the store that will fit. They are each about 15-20 pounds and the large is perfect! I am so pleased that I found a harness that fits them well! Also...the regular shipping was super fast. I ordered it late Sunday evening and the product was delivered Wednesday morning. Overall very pleased with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this harness and bungee leash to take my kitty out front into our courtyard.. she really loves it, she can go outside and explore the outdoors without the risk of getting spooked and running away.. the design is really great, fits her perfectly and in a way that is comfortable and doesn't get in the way of her legs, and the bungee leash keeps any tugs super soft.

Come with me Kitty/ little tricky for me for the first time, now simple. My 2 year old house cat, never outside. I created a monster. It took a couple of times for her to walk in it. Now she loves it. Now I attach her to a rope when I work in the garden. She cry's to have me put it on for outside play time.

This is the 6th one I bought. We have 4 cats and each one has his own color. The reason for buying 6 is one of the cats' harnesses is missing and the other is too small. I love that there are several colors to choose from. I have only one complaint with the harness. The clips and straps are too small. I have trouble with securing the belly straps to the back straps due to numbness and stiffness in my hands. Other than that it's a great harness. I love the Come With Me Kitty harness!

I really love the Come With Me Kitty harness! My cat loves the harness, once we are outside. I figured out how to put it on, which took a few times. I'm not super fond of the snaps. They are small and when you have a figity cat it can make it more difficult. I really like the leash as well. When you pull back on the leash, it tightens the harness, but not around the neck. I would buy again.

This is my second one. I really like the design -simple thin nylon. I found the mesh ones were too wide and my cat was uncomfortable wAlking in it and I think made her overheat. That first I didn't like the bungee leash but then loved it! U don't have to worry about to dragging on the ground, having the cat get it caught between it's legs if it droops and they step partially over it.... it stretches to be longer .... but recoils good. The ONLY thing I don't like is that the rubber stopper is useless. The third hike the rubber stopper already wasn't working so the harness constantly loosens— so u have to keep an eye on it and readjust to Sinch it tighter again. There's gotta be a better fastener thing that can be used to tighten and secure....

Please snap the buckles - give the harness a pull before placing it on your cat and going out!!! My harness unbuckled twice out doors before doing the above! Over time the plastic snap weakens and does not hold to a pull. I learned this the hard way! (Rubber ring also stretches out overtime)!
