PetSafe GPS Cat Tracker, Live GPS Tracking, Subscription Required | Unlimited Safe Zones, Immediate Escape Alerts Distance and rest time - Breakaway Collar Up to 15-Day Battery Life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love every single thing about the Petsafe GPS Cat Tracker. Our cat is notorious for trying sneaking past us to get out and has been successful multiple times. When he takes off, he is impossible to find sometimes for hours and even overnight once. I can't stand the thought of something happening to him. Now that he is wearing the Petsafe GPS Cat Tracker we feel so much better. I love that this isn't just a basic Bluetooth tag (we've tried those and they were useless) it is live GPS tracking, safe zones and escape alerts all in the Petsafe app, which is super easy to use btw. The collar also stays charged for 2 weeks and is not heavy or bulky on his neck. One non negotiable for my cats is their collars have to be breakaway. Like I said above, we have tried a few “Bluetooth trackers” on him before with the bulky holder and breakaway collar. He has lost every single one and we weren't able to find any of them. The Petsafe GPS Cat tracker collar has a nice tight snap on their breakaway collar that makes me feel very confident that he won't just lose the collar playing around or whatever he does when he breaks out, but if he gets into trouble the collar will 100% breakaway like it is suppose to. This is by far the best peace of mind I have had in a long time knowing that if he gets out, we will be able to find him. I love that if he goes out of the safe zone, it lets us know and we can monitor him right on the app. This collar is amazing, smart and what every cat parent who has an escape artist or outdoor cat needs.

For $50 each and a subscription for each cat it is definitely not worth your money. It does not come with any directions and the app is not of great quality. It doesn't show where your cat is accurately but just of kinda where they are.

Does not work as advertised. This tracker is not live and does not update. It's just plastic junk sold with a lie.

Pro: High accuracy on location. Cons: Is not really real-time. Is accurate as to where pet is currently or was. Not sure how often t identifies pets location but not always real time. Battery life of collar was between 36- 48 hrs. Not really practical but l was able to use to locate a feral mom cat's 6 kittens. NOTE of CAUTION!!! l first used a tracking collar sold by PetCo that could be engraved at time of purchase. It seemed like at the time of setup that all was working. When l released the cat, it appeared the cat was following me. Not so, the app was tracking my iPhone!!! When l deleted the non working collar from the app, it deleted my phone. No red flag warnings. All info on phone, gone. Still trying to recover Apple account and Cloud. It been over 4 weeks now. Even my phone's SIM card was erased and l am working to recover phone number and account.

I was looking forward to using this gps tracker in case my almost 6lb kitten slipped out the door. Unfortunately, the clasp is too strong to serve as a breakaway collar making it dangerous for her if it catches on a branch, etc.

Stayed on my cat but had the break free feature to keep him safe. Tracking was reliable and monthly subscription was only $6/month which was the lowest I had found.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GPS tracker is a really cool product and I love the idea. You can see my three cats in the pictures along with the picture of this GPS collar. It sadly turns out my cats would not let me near them with this thing. I really wanted them to love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PetSafe GPS Cat Tracker is a great way to add some extra peace of mind when you have an adventurous cat. Setup was straightforward, and the GPS tracking makes it easy to check your cat's location on your phone when they wander farther than expected. I especially like being able to create virtual boundaries and receive alerts when my cat leaves a designated safe area. The tracker is compact and lightweight, so it doesn't feel overly bulky on the collar, which matters for cats. Location updates are easy to understand, and the app is user-friendly. Battery life has also been convenient for everyday use. For anyone with an indoor/outdoor cat or an escape artist, this tracker provides helpful reassurance and makes keeping tabs on your pet much easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GPS tracker works great but i was running out of room because my huge 35 pound cats neck is so large. We let our boy out during the day so it's fun to see where he goes! WiFi connection was easy to set up and overall pretty simple. Good for pets that stay close to home but still want freedom to wander

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We currently use an Apple air tag tracker on our indoor cat. While it works “ok” this unit is far superior. For one it's more accurate finding her even inside the house. We frequently encounter a “move closer to the unit” pop up in “Find My” which is absurd since if we knew where she was we wouldn't need to track her! Eventually the only way we find her is to beep the collar. This unit is more accurate. It's also far superior outside and that's where it really counts! Doesn't seem to have much interference. As an aside it also seems more comfortable for her. It's lighter than the air tag and the shape doesn't cut her in the neck.
