Glad to find these! They are getting more difficult to find in the stores that sell the bark collars.
It works, not so much noise in the house!
This product is simple to use and very effective, easily installed and makes for good neighbors. Thx!
I have a 6lb puppy and a 3lb adult, both are Yorkies. My 6 pounder has a barking thing going and the neighbor complained (something he has never done before in 5 years). So I bought the Elite Little Dog Spray Bark Collar. I am so happy I did. The first time he wore it he stopped barking outside. Witcher is only out an hour or less a day, but now I just put the collar on when he goes outside and he does not bark. He is not destressed by it either, a big plus. I am so pleased with the results.
Sorry I bought a non-rechargeable collar. Battery life is about 2 weeks with daily use.
Ordered replacement battery for collar and was very surprised by the high price. The annual replacement plan cost is ridiculous. The battery/switch are difficult to operate and the plastic slot is weak. After a few users the plastic broke and now it's very difficult to turn.
The RFA-188 has a much shorter battery life than I would have anticipated. Our 11 pound dog wears it for 4-5 hours a day. We turn it off when he is not wearing it. As it turns out, the battery dies in 4-5 days. They are way too expensive not to have more staying power than that. Other than that, the fence works great. But trying to track the short term life all the time is a pain.
Battery doesn't work, ended up buying another collar instead
Does the PetSafe packaging list a "best by" date for each battery?
Purchased 2 units at local store for each dog in training. Could not locate a local battery retailer, none to be found in the Los Angeles areas. Tried industrial commercial vendors, no luck. With customer svc I insist to purchase at a store, no porch delivery drop-off. No known battery vendors available. Returned both collars. Reasoning why continue to use in training when batteries needed and not available.
