I love this box! I switched to this from the CatGenie AI and it's fantastic. It's so much quieter, not loud at all. My cats have had no issue adjusting. It is quite large though. The inside space is about the same as a standard litter box, but the sides are what makes it large.

Excellent and reliable for larger/longer cats! We previously had a Litter Robot 3 and 4, the cats could barely fit and the robots had serious reliability issues even after their support sent replacements. This model has been reliable for the last several months and much more comfortable for our cats. Much easier to clean and much less maintenance required.

We have been using the ScoopFree Clumping Self-Cleaning Litter Box for approximately three months, and we are quite pleased with its performance. Assembly was straightforward, and the maintenance process is remarkably simple. While the device does make some noise during its cleaning cycle, the efficiency of the waste removal is impressive. We experimented with alternative litter types; however, while other options were quieter, they did not provide the same level of cleanliness. Odors are neutralized quickly, typically within three to four minutes of the cycle completing. The waste tray is easy to remove and maintain, and my wife has found that lining the containment tray with a plastic bag further simplifies the disposal process. Although we still experience some minor litter tracking, the overall system is a significant improvement over the tumbling-style litter boxes we previously used. We perform a complete breakdown and thorough cleaning of the unit every three to four weeks, which keeps the system running effectively. Overall, this product has been a valuable addition to our home.

We have two of these. They work ok. The two main issues with them are 1) it wastes litter find more loose litter vs the clumps in waste basket. 2) They jam all the time. Annoying having to watch them and clear jams on the daily. I do not understand why your replaced the older version the simply clean cat litter box with this one. the older version never jammed lasted 10 years. we had two of them too and both lasted 10 years. They wasted NO cat litter. It was a flawles efficient design. This model is a downgrade and inferior design. I do not expect it to last as long. This new model is one of your biggest mistakes. Wish there was a way to bring the old model back.

Purchased for elderly person. Rake kept jamming.

Urine leaked through area between litter pan & waste box. No liners for waste box (I used a small wastebasket liner as suggested, but it wasn’t effective. Such a shame, because my cats loved it and the mechanical aspect worked quite well! But it’s just not well made enough for us at this point. Maybe for a person with a single small cat…? Also email response is quite slow, been waiting over 36 hours for instructions on how to return the item.

Clumps on rake breaks them up makes urine smell really bad. Supposed to push it into end drawer, because it’s been broken up by rake in little balls not much makes it to drawer. Little balls now no longer covered because rake broke them up so odor is bad. I used litter that is recommended. Sent it back more trouble then it’s worth

My wife and I bought this 2 weeks ago for our 2 cats. Unfortunately, it has been getting stuck at the tray and does not reset, maybe there is litter jammed in the internal workings? I don’t know, I just know that it isn’t working. Would not recommend.

We just purchased this box for our 2 cats..not happy with the grater. It's way to wide and always having to clean behind it . Seems to be a struggle for it when it's grating .. as well
