We love this electric litter box — this is our third one, and by far our favorite. One of our cats is diabetic and uses the litter box very frequently, even wearing out the magnet on her favorite spot over time, but this one has worked great. Thank you for making such a reliable and well-designed product!

I've had lots of litter boxes and this one by far exceeds them. I have 4 cats and this has been a game changer for them and myself. Soooo much better than scooping

This will be my second one I've purchased. The first one I bought worked really great and was definitely quieter that the other brand I had bought before, but after about five years of no problems it started making this horrible screeching noise while it was raking. I got it to stop for a while after taking it apart and putting WD-40 in some of the moving parts but the noise would just come back. So, I had no problems with buying another one.

I have a 17 year old male cat. He is very particular about his likes and dislikes. I left his old litter box next to the new self-cleaning box for more than a week and waited until he had used the new box 6 times. Then I moved the old box out and now he is using the new box regularly. I was worried that he wouldn't take to the new box, but he did!

My cat has used the box about 45 times now, she demanded that i change the litter at about 35 and its working for me great. It dosent have any smell good or bad not even when it got used enough that my cat didnt want to use it any more, and my cat and i live in the same room i sleep 5 foot away from her litter box. Not only does it move the solid waste out of the way it also sifts the liquid waste so that its not so concentrated. Any time i lift up the electronics i clean off the sensors and the box has only told me that the sensors were not reading once. There is not much 'storage' for the solid waste so with one cat i find myself lifting it up maybe 2 times a week to scoop the solids out and sifting any wet looking litter around. The counter and light makes knowing whats up and if its all good very easy as well as helping to keep track of how long its been since you emptied the solids out. Finally the litter and disposable tray idea is nice and handy especially to just get delivered however its very expensive at least up front. Depending on how long your cat is willing to use the litter and if you buy more in bulk or not might wind up causing the price to even out especually if you buy more expensive litter already.

I'm pretty much pleased with this set up for the cat. I did not buy the privacy cover kit now I want to add that on, but I am unable to find which lid would be compatible with the unit that I have. I'm not sure if I have the original or if I have the second generation I just have already put too much time into trying to figure out which lid is going to fit. So that's my only complaint that accessories that you might want to buy later or not easily identifiable other than that it does scoop the poop. My cat likes to make a mess with the litter so I do need a lid.

Absolutely huge and it doesn't look safe for my cat. r Returned it after other reviewers said that their pets were too afraid to go in because the raking mechanism

The litter tray does not last 30 days mine lasted approximately 16 with one cat. it scoops all their poop up to the end till it's overflowing and obviously the cats don't like that. I also could smell the litter box about day 15.

I'm really disappointed with this box. While I think the new design is more attractive and quieter, the rake pushes the solid waste to the back of the box and not into the trap. It's very frustrating and means I have to manually scoop since the rake does the opposite of what it should with a certain amount of solid waste (not all waste). I will have to get rid of the box and repurchase the original version. It's frustrating and disappointing.
