Really good. Took me a while to get the WiFi working but now, I love it! It was also easy to transition my cats who are used to a traditional litterbox. I chose this over Litter Robot because of the price and also because it's truly scoop free and doesn't use the old traditional litter. The litter cartridges are easy to install and replace. Also, very little tracking and no dust to vacuum!

I thought for sure they would hate it, however they took to it right away. I have two cats and feel like I am cleaning the litter box constantly, no one has time for that. This self cleaning box is the answer as all I have to do every week or two is dump the bottom tray of waste. It's truly that easy. I was always leery of automatic cat litter boxes as I feared my cats would hate them and they would be loud. This PetSafe® ScoopFree® Smart Self-Cleaning Litter Box is not loud at all, it's actually rather quiet. Plus, my cats not only use this box, but play with it too. Whenever the auto clean feature starts, they go running to it and gaze at it in wonderment, so cute. The thing I love most about this litter box is there is no odor. My husband is a clean freak and when the cat box smells, he is not a happy camper. There is literally no smell with this new PetSafe® ScoopFree® Smart Self-Cleaning Litter Box. Not sure how they make the crystals/litter, but it works so great. I'm off to buy two more for our house, my cats aren't going to know what to do with themselves, heeee. I definitely recommend this smart litter box.

If you hate cleaning the litter box then this is the product for you. It's so easy to set up and it self cleans. It's extremely convenient and time saving. The cats had no problems switching to this system. The other very cool feature about this product is that it connects to your smart phone and gives you tons of really cool information about your cat's bathroom health. I highly recommend this product to anyone with cats. It's a fantastic product that saves money and time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter box is great. It comes with the first set of litter needed. It will last a good month with one pet. Then you just buy refills after that. It's so easy to set up. You just put the box down first then put the system over it. You plug it in and add the litter. After the cat uses the box it will give it a little bit of time before scooping. It will then scoop it and place it under a little door so you don't see it or smell it. After that when it fills up you just replace it. It's as simple as lifting the system and getting the used litter tray out and throwing away. Then replacing. When you buy the refill boxes you just keep the lid and use that to cover it after used and throw away like that. My door that rises when scooping gets stuck sometimes. If so you can close it yourself. Just make sure there is no litter and you keep the hinges clean so it will close smoothly. Also this litter is great to keep the urine smell trapped underneath so you don't smell it either.

It has a lot of features to keep track of your cats “bathroom habits” and connects to your phone and notifies you of any issues. I love that it's scoop free. Honestly cats can really stink up an area sometimes and with this litter box cleaning up immediately afterwards, there's no smell! I really love that it reminds me when it needs to be changed on my phone. I live an active lifestyle and already have a lot to remember so it's one less thing to remember and that's awesome!!! I was a little worried my cats would be afraid of it, but luckily they had no problem transitioning!

I can't give this 5 stars because my cat would not use it. That said, it is well built, and I was able to return it hassle free. It's definitely worth trying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thought of this self cleaning litter box is great! It actually scoops, aka cleans the litter every time my cat is done. It's so nice not having to clean the box myself, you know? That alone is definitely a plus. I'm happy to have it. On the downside, the box is really big and took quite a bit of time to set up. I wasn't prepared for how big it was. The litter included doesn't work very good either. I had to change the litter & tray within three weeks. Not a happy camper. Hopefully things get easier. I would recommend it for people who can't bend over much and what not. Once the changing is done and such, the box is nice to have but don't trust the litter and be prepared - it is big/heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to own this litter box orginally. But it was didn't work as well as I had hoped. It didn't remove all the waste from the litter and it would get stuck in the arm that passes over litter to clean it. And my house smelled horrible . It was a great concept I just wish it would have worked better for the price of the item.

While I'm still excited to get this product, the first delivery for it has come with at least three different broken plastic parts. I'm going to attempt to return and start over.

Bought this to replace an older model and thought the app monitoring might be good since I have the feeder and it's attached to the wifi and I already have the app installed. Unfortunately the wifi would never connect to my network regardless of what I did to make it connect. I even set up a separate 2.4g wifi channel just for the litter box and still it did not work in the app. Save your money and buy the version without wifi.
