I have a 45 # Goldendoodle that is almost 9 yrs old. She was 6 months old when I purchased this wireless fence. She adapted within 2 days; it was set on 2 and she has never crossed the boundaries. She has never gone beyond the beeps.

Works great. Walked thru with our German shorthair pointer one time and he had it down pretty good. He was around 6 months when we got it. No problems with it yet. We got a second transmitter to expand the barrier.

We bought this system when our Belgian Malinois was about 6 mos. old. We do have to keep her collar turned up to a higher correction, but this has been a life saver! She was constantly going to the neighbors and the highway and now we don't have to worry about it! Other than the battery dying! I wish they would improve the battery life or make them rechargeable!

I've had the same unit for several years now and have always followed the rules and recommendations to a T. And it has served well. However, the system is supposed to shut down when power is lost, and it shocks my dogs terribly! This system is fine, however I.will purchase a brandnew petsafe wireless system, and have a surge protector and battery so we won't run into this issue. I am overall a satisfied customer!

I've had my wireless Pet Safe system for over 2 years. I have two very energetic Boston Terriers. It works great!

I purchased one in 2009 and it's still working today. Recommend to everyone.

Have had several years of success with the transmitter until recently. The dogs are getting sporadic beeps in safe areas. Have replaced batteries but they will sit on the porch (safe) and beeping occurs. Have turned off the units and back on hoping to fix the problem. Any ideas? Bob C.

We have been very pleased, but recently started having problems. Collars wouldn't hold a charge so ordered 2 replacements. It seems that the transmitter isn't working but cannot determine how to test.

I've been using Petsafe underground fence for so many that I can't even remember. No issues except the occasional wire being cut. Well when my transmitter went out I decided to try a different route because I was unable to find one near me. So I bought the wireless transmitter and collar. I've moved it to several locations and can only get about 50ft from the transmitter. I was expecting more than that. My poor dogs can barely leave from the back patio. Now I have them doing their business up close to the house. So I'm not satisfied with this product and will have to try another route.
