Excellent cat house! I was able to easily assemble it alone ( I am older female) in about an hour. Is attractive, instructions are clear and assembly well thought-out. I will probably buy a second one as I am totally impressed.

Only for a kitten. Smaller than I thought I should’ve looked at the measurements Close before ordering. But I think it came out pretty good overall, but it’s hard to get my Cats used to going in it.

I was a little concerned about purchasing this because of the reviews, but I am so happy with it! None of the pieces were damaged and they all fit together nicely. My husband painted every piece with clear Thompson's water seal before putting it together. In my opinion, 2 cats could fit in the bottom and one on the second floor if you leave the panel open for them to get up in there from the first level. It's really cute too.

I bought this to give my cats in the garage a warm and cozy place to be this winter. So far all 3 have been sleeping in it and its has not even been that cold yet. It does have a smell when 1st unboxed just let it air out and its fine.

I'm so glad I did! it looks very nice, I found it very easy to assemble, and I've already seen some of the kitties going in it! Thank you so much!

Some considerable skill required for assembly. Pieces fit together well , matched picture of the product. Aesthetically pleasing, using on my screened porch for my cats. A fair price for this product.

tuff to put together . different ways to put panels can cause wrong spots for screw holes . there is pegs dowels that hold part of walls that are very wimpy. do not waste your time installing the hinged roof part as screws will not hold the heavy swing open roof . with free shipping a good deal. looks great the gray one . it is smaller than the pics make it look bigger . 3 cats can hold .

Was very easy to put together. Thin wood but it serves its purpose and would be easy to insulate if needed. The strays have already put it to use, they obviously approve. There's plenty of room inside for beds.

FedEx delivered to the wrong address. I have spent 3 days getting the run around. Walmart won't replace it and FedEx doesn't know what happened. Don't buy this from them.

It looks used. All wood pieces were cracked and had to be fixed/replaced. It has a fowl smell to it. The cats won't go near it. The material from the shingles are falling off. Very disappointed. It's junk. Definitely not weather proof. You don't want me to post pictures of it. You won't sell another one after seeing the shotty work.
