This perch is a nice way to add more usable space to the run and give the chickens something to hop on besides each other. It was easy to put together, feels sturdy enough for normal backyard flock use, and the ladder style makes it easy for them to figure out. Not every chicken product needs to reinvent the wheel, and this one does its job without a bunch of nonsense.

This was very easy to assemble. In person, it looks better than the pictures shown by the site. It is sturdy, and can be screwed into the run/coop with the top cap attachments. The wood perches are a bit too small for my Light Brahmas, which are large chickens, but will be perfect for my small silkies. These perches could probably be switched out with wider wood, as they are held in place by a screw on each end--though the wood part does have a metal female part to secure the screw. My silkies will be happy!

This is a very simple 4 level rack, that I am going to use with my chickens. I am in ND so the weather changes every day from nice and sunny to windy and cold and snow. I am hoping to get my dozen chicks in late April. I think this rack will work good for a roost for them, I will put it inside the move able cage I gave that has a sun cover. I am still looking for small shed coop. The rack puts together in less than 5 minutes. Even comes with a small wrench, but a Phillips screw driver works better. It does come with 4 brackets that U can bolt two together to fasten the rack on top side to a small pipe. The bottom of the kegs has rubber caps so it stays in place better. I am excited about getting the chicks! When I was a young kid we had a chicken coop on the farm and I started out with a 100 chickens and got up to 400 or 500 . I sold them in fall to neighborhood ladies in gunny sacks for $1.25 each with heads removed! Great spending money back in the day !

I purchased this for my backyard chickens, and it has been a big hit with my flock! I have a mix of hens and younger pullets, and they all enjoy hopping on and off the different levels. It's the perfect height and size for my coop setup, and I love that it gives them some added enrichment and a clean place to perch during the day. Easy to assemble. My chickens didn't know what to think of it at first, but they figured it out. I really like it and now they do too.

Husband assembled in 5 minutes. Chickens will love! We have 29 hens and needed another roosting perch. Thank you for a quality product!
