Thoroughly enjoying it so far. One screw didn't fit well to hold the battery down but otherwise I enjoy it. I'm heavier set and it works well for me up hills which my bigger concern.

For the price of what e-bikes cost, this is pretty awesome and reasonably priced. Set up was easy and doesn't require a lot of technical know-how. I've already put over 100 miles commuting back and forth to work. 20 degree incline hills brings the average speed to 18mph if I'm peddling. Gone as fast as 25mph downhill. Averages 19.4 on the road. Highly recommend for a budget commuter.

thr bands that hild the computer to the bike broke so had to tape it on

Bike is very good quality. Assembly was easy. Now that we have had it 2 months we did have a foot peg fall out?

Bike was a challenge for me to put together , mostly because the video pecome put out does not have any audio explaining what the guy is doing. Putting on the front tire was probably the most difficult thing, as well as the gear attachment thing. but once I got somebody with more bike knowledge it came together easily. so far, so good, have only ridden it a few few times but goes 20mph according to speedometer. Very happy so far with it

Upon completing the assembly I couldn't get any power. I tried contacting the company but did not receive the courtesy of a response. After an hour of troubleshooting I found a broken wire that was covered with the usual sleeves they use to bulk wires together. Don't look for assistance from the company if you have a problem.

is there a rear bike rack for it.

Box was damaged which made me nervous. Bought for Christmas for my son after putting together noticed damaged parts at rear wheel. motor not working and has an error code. I've emailed the company 3 times and got no response also email is the only way to connect this company I've searched for a phone number and can't find one i do not recommend this purchasing anything from this company

7.9 miles and the motor is just spinning and not making contact with hub. Seller wont communicate with you. Walmart wont refund the product. dont waste your money on this bike or with this company. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE.
