Good luck
Ordered one, it arrived in damaged in an un-damaged package which means they knew it was damaged when they packed it.. the damage was on the rear so we installed it but it won't blow cold. Tried everything but no choice but to return to Walmart. Interesting that they included a big note “STOP contact us instead of returning to the store” but no where did they include any contact info or warrantee info….. we are going to try another one of these since I already have reframed the opening to fit this one, if that one is also junk then Walmart will get that one back too and we will need to find another brand….. I can not recommend buying from this company based on my first experience..
