Pfaltzgraff® Trellis White Stoneware 16-Piece Dinnerware Set

The quality of the dish ware is excellent. The color was what was shown in the picture, when I ordered a 12 piece place setting. I would order this set again. It was a gift and brought site unseen, but I was not disappointed with the color, or quality. It was delivered a day before scheduled. Packaged in three boxes, so wasn't too heavy to handle.

My order came with a broken cup. I processed a return online and took it to FedEx. It was sent back last week and I haven't heard a thing!

Looks great, but dinner plate scratched just after one use. I ate boiled eggs and a pancake. A fork easily scratches the plate surface.

I bought two sets of the Trellis White on sale at JCP. For the price, it was a great buy. A few of the pieces are not consistent with the other pieces; markings darker on one piece than the other, crooked small plate, chipped easily. I liked the set so much, however, that I ordered another set directly from the company. Those are fine, but the writing on the back or bottoms of all the dishes just wipes off. With the Pfaltzgraff name, I thought the quality would be higher.

These are ugly as sin, and I only have them because my wife in her unchecked buying compulsiveness to redecorate. My bride made an executive decision get rid of a perfectly fine set of dishes we already had. Time to get Alexa stop Alarm made the decision to donate our old set and order this set suited best for a retirement home.
