[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years ago, and I've never had a problem with it. The color stays the same, the fact that this faucet is high it's such a plus, I love the pull down feature. The color makes it look very modern. Looks great in my kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Fawcett two years ago and I'm a very satisfied customer this Fawcett has gave complete satisfaction and it has a lifetime warranty an I know pfister stands behind all theor products Pfister Fawcett's will be the only brand of Fawcett that will be installed in my home from now on thanks pfister from a satisfied customer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Enlarged kitchen to accommodate greater need for cooking space and also ,along with it, cleaning space. I needed the large clearance that the Fawcett provides especially with the nozzle pull out feature. This enabled me to wash the larger pots and pans that I use. Functionality has been great but because of high usage. But I have had to replace cartridges twice since 2008. This should be expected again because it is used so much more frequently than most residential applications. The parts are forthcoming as soon as I call and the finish on my fawcett has held up well. I am pleased overall with this product.
i loved the pull out sprayer for the first couple of months but it started not to recoiled after that, as time went on it would not recoil at all and I would have to push it carefully back in and it still would hang out about 2 inches. I will go back to the sprayer separate from the faucet, with just a swivel head on it also had trouble with faucet handles loosening, and yes I had these professionally installed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We remodeled our kitchen about 4 or 5 yrs ago & I immediately fell in love with this faucet. However, within a few months, the soap dispenser would not work & I called or emailed to receive the inside stem since it was not dispensing properly. Come to find out that didn't help. Now, the soap dispenser does not work & in fact the plastic inside has broken. I was warned about getting the soap dispenser in the beginning & now wish I hadn't. In fact, now I need to find the cap to place in the hole the dispenser will leave. And the spray is not working as well either, and that could be our hard water here in CA.
I love the look of this faucet in my kitchen. However, it performs very poorly in hard water. I had the first one for about two years when the hot water handle began to be very hard to turn on, tried using oil to free it up but that didn't work, we had no choice but to replace the faucet. I love the look so much, I bought another one hoping for a better outcome. Now about a year later I'm searching for a new faucet again, exact same problem only the hot water side. I've enjoyed using the faucet while it worked properly, but would only recommend it if you don't have hard water.
Like the classic look, but it's been just over 1 year and the pull down spray nozzle leaks and does not work any longer. Had to remove it and the stores don't carry the replacement part. Hoping to get it warranty replaced through Pfister. Meanwhile the water is coming out of the faucet in a jet stream, which makes a mess.
Had this installed as part of kitchen renovation in Aug 2014. December 2015 developed leak at the spray head. Contacted company and they provided new head. Installed new head but still have the same problem. Water flowed back up the neck and flooded my new cabinet beneath the sink.
I bought this 7 months ago and have been pleased until today. The spray head has sprung a leak and I took it apart to find that the plastic inside the spray head is broken causing the leak. For the cost of this I thought I could expect a longer life out of it. And to find out a replacement spray head is going to cost me over $60.
I bought this ,thinking at $200.00+, I would have a great looking faucet with no more cheap parts to destroy floor and be worry free from leaks... Wrong!.. the design of the pull down head has problems with the threads that tighten the head to the hose....Causing breaking of the faucet head. and water squirting back up the spout when water is turned on and sprayer is in home position causing leaking under the sink. unnoticed. ..
