Pfister Hanover 2-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser in Tuscan Bronze

I absolutely love this faucet. I am a person that still likes 2 handles. This faucet is perfect for me.

We purchased this about 7 years ago. It has exceeded our expectations. It has performed extremely well. It came with a lifetime warranty. We needed some replacement parts after 7 years due to continual use. When I contacted Pfizer, they promptly sent the needed parts at no charge. We are sold that this is the only company to purchase faucets from. They back up their finely produced products! One of our best purchases ever!!!! After installing the faucet, very easy by the way, it looked great! Living in North Florida and using well water we have hard water with a calcium build up. After a short while this was seriously noticed with the water restricted flow. The product does not have a replaceable screen in the head. I wrote Pfister and was sent an extra spray head and now I have to keep one cleaned and ready to replace. Again I repeat, love the look and the faucet, just wished it had a replaceable screen in the spray head. I will recommend this faucet but will warn about the calcium build-up.

Love the function and it looks great in our kitchen, but the connection pivot joint attaching the hose to the nozzle failed and started leaking (spray, not just a drip). Luckily we noticed it just after it happened, because the design caused the water to shoot back up the faucet neck which after the bend leads straight down under the sink. It could have caused tons of damage to the cabinets and hardwood flooring. They replaced the entire unit for us. They said this had not happened before as far as they knew. Bought this 2 years ago and it looked so good installed...but things slowly degraded. Lots of others with same issues on this model and finish. The Tuscan bronze finish is terrible. Peeling, corrosion at base and within faucet handles. Pull over sprayer loosing pressure, dripping. I have a in home water treatment system so this should not be happening. I have opened a ticket with support...so perhaps they have fixed the issues with the replacement parts I am hoping they will send. Help make my kitchen sink beautiful again! I bought this faucet a few years back when I lived in Massachusetts, the water pressure then was not the best but was passable and I could deal with it. When I moved to Florida I bought the same faucet because I loved the look and I thought that this one would be better than the last one. I was wrong, the water pressure was worse, I called and they sent us out new parts to the faucet but it does not work any better, I find if I use the sprayer I get a little better pressure. All in all it is a beautiful faucet but if you are looking for good water pressure don't pick this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Got this installed less than one month ago and the water pressure was getting slower and slower so I took apart and tried to clean it out but still no water pressure but I have plenty of pressure out of my hoses under sink. cant get small part off of K and they don't sell replacement parts for this.

I loved this faucet until I had it a little over one year and the spray mechanism sprayed water out of the top and quit working. Then about a month later the entire faucet began leaking and soaked underneath my sink with about 2 inches of water. I bought at Lowe's but they don't even carry this exact faucet anymore. Do not buy unless you are willing to pay the expensive price and be satisfied with having to buy a replacement in about one year!!
