Pfister Stellen1-Handle Pull-Down Bar/Prep Kitchen Faucet in Polished Chrome

I absolutely LOVE this faucet! I love everything about it, its craftsmanship, functionality, and look. I had a traditional faucet before purchasing this new one and my old faucet functioned ok, but I didn’t realize how much this new Stellen faucet would improve the look of my entire kitchen! It is a statement piece and the stainless steel finish matches so nicely with my stainless steel appliances. I was able to install the faucet without any plumbing experience and it didn’t take long at all. My sink had a three-hole configuration, so I used the deck plate that came with the faucet and I was very happy with the look. The faucet swivels very easily and is smooth, and the pull down is easy to use and snaps back into place. Overall I am so happy I upgraded my faucet and I would recommend this to any of my friends.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and love it! It sleek and a lot of pressure, BUT it is leaking from the handle. There is a build up of water when you turn it on (at any temperature) to drip steady. Do I return it to the store for a replacement (or refund) or do you send a replacement?

The two button/covers on the spray head failed in first year, Pfister replaced, but this repeated after another year, I didn’t call., cuz this is crazy! But NOW the spray head only sprays, no stream, ugh :(:( Complete fail, I like spray BUT spray spatters everywhere, ugh

Much like other reviewers, the sprayer head 950-381 broke and sadly it is a common theme for this model. Even though Pfister has the part (they will replace it per warranty), they would rather you pay more using a middle man. Instead of providing a design fix and selling it, they would prefer you buy another model or spend your time trying to hunt down a vendor that bought it from them.

Bought it 2 years ago. The finish immediately started to rip off on the sprayer head as noted with other reviews. The sprayer buttons also always get stuck and so you are stuck on spray very often. The buttons head also completely ripped off. They are sending me a new sprayer head but based on the other reviews this is a consistent problem so I would really recommend NOT buying this faucet it just not worth it. There is also an issue with where the spout and the based attached. There's a plastic piece that wedges between the 2 so you have a constant 2mm plastic gap that you see and it's quite unsightly. It just looks very unprofessional.

Splash everywhere! Water comes out with full force and instead of washing your dishes, you'll be washing the top you're wearing, your hair, your counter tops and your floors!!! Just take your showers in the kitchen sink... okay? Apparently they don't even make any parts that can be added to the tip to reduce or change the water flow, so you're stuck with this unit. Just don't buy it!

I love the look of the faucet but it leaked after a year. Seems like the same issue others are experiencing with the hose leaking. I contacted customer service and they sent replacement parts but it's nearly impossible to thread the hose back into the small hole without taking the entire faucet apart.

Nous avons installé ce premier robinet en 2019. La peinture sur la douchette a vite écaillée et le bouton sur la douchette ont brisé rapidement également. Le produit a été échangé sous garantie et installé en décembre 2023. Un an plus tard, la peinture de la douchette est encore écaillée. Que contient cette peinture qui s'ecaille dans nos produits alimentaires ? Autre point.. Est-ce que le poids est en plomb ??

I recently moved into a new place with a kitchen that was newly renovated (faucet was installed one year ago). The stop stream button is jammed, making the spray head completely useless. As many others have commented, this is a low-quality product, given the price.

I installed this faucet in late November of 2019. Today the seal in the swivel cracked and water is backing up into the faucet and into my cabinet. Seems this is a quality control problem. Too bad because Price Pfister used to be a great product, but not anymore. Price must have taken the quality when he left. I guess I will be switching to a different brand.
