Pfister Wheaton 1-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser, Stainless Steel

My wife and I purchased another Price Pfister kitchen faucets a few years ago. After a few years, we had a problem with the hot and cold levers not function properly. We called Pfister for replacement parts. After being informed that parts were months away the offered the opportunity to replace the whole faucet altogether. Wow! Now that's customer service. We were giving a few options (all great ones) and finally decided on the Wheaton 1-Handle. After an easy installation (was not my first time installing a faucet) and a few months of use, this faucet is a dream (my wife's words). The appearance, functionality, water pressure and sheer appearance (did I say that already?)...we love this it and highly recommend it to any and all users. To think, we received this (what we believe is an upgrade to what we originally bought) due to a company's customer service and standing behind it's product. We absolutely love the one handled faucet because there is one handle that delivers hot, cold or warm water. The pull down sprayer is great for rinsing dishes or cleaning the sink. This is my second Price Pfister faucet. I changed to one that is a bronze to match my new countertops. I love the quality of these faucets and honestly the customer service is second to none. I have had this kitchen faucet for 5 years and have enjoyed it every time I use it. It has s very high end feel and appearance and is a pleasure to use. Recently it developed a leak from the handle and I went to the local hardware store to find a repair part. No luck! Frustrated, I called the company for help identifying the correct part to fix the leak and instead of a part number I got the part! For free! It came in a week and I was fixed in 15 minutes! We have just installed this faucet and, so far, I love the design and function. We are having a slight problem with low flow of the hot water, but are hoping to figure out what is causing that today. Installation was easy, directions were clear, item arrived quickly, and was packaged well. What I would really like to highlight here, however, is the Pfister warranty and customer service. They offer an unparalleled version of both. We had an older Pfister faucet that had given us trouble on two occasions. The first time, they sent us a replacement part. The second time, they offered to replace the whole faucet free of charge. When I indicated that I did not want the same faucet because of the troubles that we had, they sent me a list of about 9 different products from which I could choose. We found one that we loved and it was sent to us free of charge, immediately. No jumping through hoops, no hassles. Because of this level of service and the Pforever warranty (love the name!) Pfister will be our pforever go-to faucet brand. I will also be sharing my positive experience on social media to let my friends know of my satisfaction with the company. This was a warranty replacement My first faucet was purchased 13 years ago and when I needed replacement parts I called and parts couldn't be obtained. The company was very helpful in dealing with my problem. They couldn't help with the old faucet so they sent me a new one to replace the the old one. Great customer service. Our original kitchen faucet was a Pfister bought off e-bay advertised as new. I believe is was not new and had to order repair parts shortly after installing it. About 2 years of use later it started having problems again. The spigot became very hard to move between the basins in the double sink. Parts were no longer available so Pfister sent me a whole new Wheaton kitchen faucet...no cost to me!!! We love it. Thanks Pfister for standing behind your product.

Have this installed for about 4 months. Have been very happy. It looks nice and works well. The problem I had about 2 weeks ago was a leak under the sink. It was determined that the hose that connects to the faucet was the problem. Pfister sent a replacement and all is well now

Lovely to look at, easy to use, simple to install, just a bit noisy. I was worried about the pull out being plastic but that isn't even noticeable. What is a bit curious is the noise from the spout. It's not outrageous, but we went to extreme measures to quiet the sink & dishwasher noise. Never thought we would need to think out the faucet. bought this 2 years ago and had installed. love the look and it's been working great until recently. it's now leaking out of the handle and the pull down part. I'm very disappointed at the cost of this product and I already have to hire a plumber to figure out why the 2 leaks out of nowhere....I expected more than 2 years of use...
