These boxes were great for moving! The cardboard felt sturdy and held up well even when I packed them pretty full. I also really liked the handles on the sides because they made the boxes so much easier to pick up and carry. The size is perfect for smaller or heavier items, and the price was great compared to other moving boxes. Definitely a good value.

So there were supposed to be 2 deliveries. 1 had medium and large boxes and tape before 3pm. 2nd delivery before 10pm with small boxes. Family member said some boxes were just left and no communication with individual. Joshua who was the delivery driver before 3pm was on time and professional and courteous. Unable to speak definitely with family mbr to see if all items were delivered at this time. Bit confusing for older individuals if 2nd delivery came early. Over all Joshua was amazing and so was the 1st delivery

I am in the process of packing up my house and have purchased dozens of these small extra strength boxes. They are very sturdy and have held up extremely well during the packing, loading, unloading and unpacking. Plus they are very economical so I would definitely recommend these boxes to anyone planning a move or just need them for storage purposes.

Great boxes because they are sturdy and the handles are very handy. The only complaint is that when taped together there is a gap in each corner where card board was not cut completely right. So not great for small loose items but did the job and very affordable!

These boxes were easy to assemble, good size — held plenty without getting too heavy — and transported well. On the other end, I as I unpacked I used many for donations for all the stuff I didn't have time to get rid of, and had no place for. They hold up well.

These boxes are great heavy duty. They also have hand holds in the sides, which the regular strength boxes do not have. We will be using these to move heavy items such as books, as well as fragile items such as dishes. The regular weight boxes will be used for fabric items. The one major problem is that the box they were packed in for shipping was itself, extremely flimsy. These boxes arrived in fine shape, but all the rips and holes in the boxes dont make me feel secure about the shipping. And if it had been raining or snowing, the boxes ordered, could easily have been ruined.

I usually don't care for Pen Gear stuff, but I always use their boxes when I move. The quality is great for the price and they do a great job holding heavy stuff. The only reason I took off a star was because they were a bit damaged when they arrived, but that was more of the flaps of the boxes than anywhere else. All 25 boxes I received are good to use for moving, which is all that matters to me. I also didn't notice the size change (that must have happened recently) until I ordered this pack online. Compared to the old "small" size boxes (14"x14"x12"), they still look close to the same size, these ones are just more rectangular now. I highly recommend these boxes!

customer service brought out boxed that were ripped and put in back of my truck didnt know until i got home and couldnt take them back so i took pictures and going to show to manager but in their defense it was ftom the facory with the bands thar ripped them.

These boxes NEVER showed up along with 17 other items in this order. Rescheduled 3 times. Had to cancel and buy from Home Depot because they deliver on time. NEVER buying from Walmart again

Unbelievable low quality garbage. I might as well have wrapped paper around my belongings. 90% of handles broke. They just fall apart after moving 5 feet, regardless of contents. I literally had boxes of things like pillows or clothes just fall apart. Kraft is low quality crap tier trash. Go literally anywhere else.
