P&G Purifier of Water Portable Purification Packets, Emergency Drinking Powder for Camping, Hiking, Backpacking, and Travel (4 pack)

I have used these purification packets whole camping and have had no side effects after drinking. I decided that I should store these also in my food pantry for emergency use while at home, should there be a loss of municipal water supply. A few pennies could save a life someday!

This powder adsorbs the cloudiness from water so that it settles to the bottom. Then you can strain it out with cloth (such as a bandana). It's used routinely in 3rd World Countries. If you're sending an aid package to such a place that does not have reliable clean water, these make a great addition. I take a packet of this with me hiking and camping.

I bought this the first time and it worked on my water great so the second time it was out of stock and I had to buy a different kind. I will never make that mistake again. It was awful and still left my water yellow. The Proctor and gamble is the only one so far that I have ever used that is taken out all bacteria and chemical products and left safe great tasting drinking water.

I have not personally tasted the water yet so that is why I rated it a 3 but really in a time I actually need to use this taste will probably be the least of my worries.

Great to have on hand especially for emergencies. Easy to use! I will likely buy some more. Arrived on time and great price for the quantity!

wow. i have well water so i used this to test it. yicks! it is a good thing i filtrr my water. it was a mess once this product did its thing.

It is a great product, it is compact, works well, and easy to use. However, the water taste wasn't great. I'd still recommend this product.

I'm glad to have simple things on hand. I happen to be on high ground, But with Flooding expected around Sacramento this week, you never know. So things you might need to do, could include Boiling your water. ~$25 seemed a smart investment. Addition things to have on hand, Shelf Stable meals. Homel makes a pretty good line. Do beware fairly high in Sodium(another reason to have plenty of Potable Water available. 😀🎄🙏

Bought in case of emergency; small light packets. Easy to store.
