Empty black cartridge
When I put it in my printer, it showed the black was nearly empty. Now it's too late for a refund. Won't buy this knock off ever again

Cannon Ink Problem
I was under the impression that the ink I ordered was a Cannon Ink product. The packaging displayed on the Walmart website was Cannon Ink Packaging. The ink I received seemed to be your own brand which I am not familiar with. I would like to receive the ink advertised on Walmart as Cannon Ink. That is the only ink I use in my printer,
