So far it's working takes about a week to get in your system but after that it's working. I would suggest you buy it. Hot flashes are no joke.

Help with my Fatigue and Sluggishness
I do not experience the effects of menopause that are typical like hot flashes. However, since I have been taking these within the last 3 days I have experienced a burst of energy. I am not as sluggish prior to taking these. The energy boost caught me by surprised , because I had not changed my diet. It was very noticeable because my husband was wondering what had jumped in my pants and bit me. Then I remembered I had added these ph-D Feminie Health Menopause Relief. I had been thinking about HRT, but decided to give these a try. I have used other products from this brand- which prompted me to give this a whirl, So, happy I did. I am not sure if it will work for everyone- but I do highly recommend giving them a try. No upset stomach , bad taste after/before.

Is it doing anything? I don't know. These are taken in the morning, and daytime isn't such an issue for hot flushes, but they're still a problem at night, So, maybe I haven't taken them long enough for them to do anything yet? Everything works differently for each person, so you can try them, but check your expectations.

Still new to using this product so I feel like I need more time to feel results . So far it's ok , I think my stomach is a little sensitive to it , I do feel more energy after taking it .
