This was easy to put together and instructions were very easy to follow! The color is so pretty!

My beardie loves it. Very sleek, can get good UV through the top mesh with a T5 14% Arcadia bulb. Pros: Fantastic design. My friend has a zen habitat and the corners are always coming loose because there's no fixing hardware in them, but the Phailozoo terrarium has very structurally sound fittings that make it feel solid when lifting and moving. Instructions for assembly were succinct but you may want to leave the top fittings on the front loose to slip the glass panels in. Cons: The front panels are glass and feel amazing when sliding open, but they're highly reflective and difficult to take photos through. The bottom right strut was bent inward and I had to fix it with needlenose pliers to get the plexi in. Shipping was rough, there was a large puncture in the box that resulted in a bent top mesh. I wish there was more insulation between the box and mesh panel.

One of glass doors shattered after installation. The company is out of stock for a replacement door. So now I have a useless 120 gallon unit.

Title: Disappointed with Product Quality and Phailozoo's Customer Service I purchased two Phailozoo 4x2x2 enclosures and two stackers from Walmart. I want to start by saying that while I'm generally understanding when things go wrong, my experience with both the product and the vendor was frustrating. First, the enclosures are mostly made of plastic—only the two front doors are tempered glass. The frames arrived in poor quality, and the panels didn't fit securely. The back panel was extremely flimsy and bent in several places, making it nearly impossible to get into the grooves. I was unable to assemble the units at all. I contacted customer support, hoping to work something out. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive. They essentially said, "too bad," and thanked me for understanding—leaving me with an unusable product. This is just my experience, but I want to share it so others are aware before purchasing. Hopefully, others have a better experience with both the product and the company.

Top frame was bent in several places . Back side of frame for the walls to slide into was bent . Doors want open properly cause of the bents in top frame of enclosure. Paid to much money for this to arrive in this condition.
