The square ones are 2 3/4 inches and the double ones are 6 3/8 inches by 2 3/4 inches. The hooks are low profile and will accept light things like small photos or plastic bags or thin tabs. Too small for hanging a hat or broom. I used my first ones to hang my 'bag bag' just inside the kitchen sink cabinet door. I hooked the two loops of a typical plastic grocery bag to these and filled it with frequently used plastic bags. No drilling required. I also put some on the inner panel of my medicine cabinet where I hang USB charging cords. The adhesive works well on formica or smooth paint. To be sure, I cleaned the surface first with alcohol. The backing material on the pads will peel and release pretty easy by the corners so no struggle there. The patches are of a clear material with a frosted/slightly textured surface and they blend in with the colors of what they are sticking to. The surface must be completely smooth.

Items was delivered very quickly and securely. The tabs easily stick and hold items securely. Recommend these for many household uses in kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, etc.

Very sturdy peel and stick hooks to mount trays and hang things in the shower. These are great as the hooks are clear for a clean look.

Perfect size and stays put too. Great for rentals, I use for body sponges. Highly recommend.

I bought them for my shower they don't hold very much so I bought a different caddy

they stick well but only hold certain shelves. the opening to slip a shelf tab inro is very skinny. it doesnt appear that you can use them for anything else, they dont come with attachments, so if you have the style shelves that these holders fit, thats perfect, otherwise they are useless

These worked better and feel more sturdy than what came with the caddys that were breaking in the hook area.

Stuck nicely to wall even after getting wet. Nice that it is clear so you didn't have to match decor. Hooks are very small and didn't hold more than a loofa string or very thin cloth.

These hooks aren't really very sturdy and have a very small opening where you can hang a caddy or other things. Really need to add directions with it also.
